Proposed Cancellation of Part of a Road - County council plans to cancel part of Road Plan 0513039 east of Dunmore, near the Paterson Grain elevator, in a cutoff area of Twp Rd 121a.

Century Farm Award - County council recently passed a policy to recognize those families that have been operating a farm or ranch in the county for at least 100 years.  Fill in the application, submit it to the office, and a plaque will soon be ready for presentation.

Gravelling Ruts in Prairie Trails - County council has recently passed a policy to cost share (50/50) gravelling the ruts in unbladed prairie trails. This will assist farmers and ranchers in accessing their fields or pastures.

Township Road 120 Master Area Structure Plan - a draft of this plan is complete and council has given first reading to the bylaw to adopt the plan.  The public hearing will be held Feb 7 at 10:30 am in County council chambers.

Notice of Decisions of Development Officer - Permitted Uses for Information Only-.              Discretionary Uses- 12/06 and 12/07.

Tax Instalment Payment Plan (T.I.P.P.) - This Payment Plan will divide annual property taxes into 12 equal monthly instalments by pre-authorized transfer of funds from their bank account.

Utility Equalized Payment Plan (E.P.P.) - E.P.P. is the Utility Equalized Payment Plan by which utility customers pay their utilities in equal monthly instalments by pre-authorized transfer of funds from their bank account.
