Cypress CountyMunicipal Planning Commission Bylaw 2010/06The Municipal Government Act requires that a municipality establish, by By-Law, a Municipal Planning Commission as Council’s delegated approval authority pertaining to development approvals for discretionary use development applications, and subdivision applications within the regulations of the County’s Land Use Bylaw. The Municipal Planning Commission Bylaw, 2010/06, establishes and defines the roles and responsibilities and sets out the authority of the Municipal Planning Commission in respect to the regulations under the Municipal Government Act, and the County’s Land Use Bylaw.
