Township Road 120 Master Area Structure Plan
As a requirement of the Tri-Area Intermunicipal Development Plan, Cypress County
is in the process of adopting a Master Area Structure Plan along and adjacent to
Township Road 120 on that portion of the Road situated to the west of the Hamlet
of Dunmore. The purpose of the Plan
is to provide planning direction for future and potential commercial and
industrial development within the Plan area.
Finley Hann Engingeering Ltd has been hired by Cypress County to prepare
and draft the Township Road 120 Master Area Structure Plan.
An Open House was held Tuesday, October 18th, 2011, at the Cypress County Council Chambers, and the concepts of the Township Road 120 Master Area Structure Plan were presented to the public.
The Draft of the Township Road 120 Master Area Structure Plan is now available for viewing by clicking on the link below which is labeled Twp Rd 120 Draft Area Structure Plan. In addition, anyone wishing to obtain a paper copy of the Draft may pick one up from the front counter at the Cypress County Office, in Dunmore, during regular office hours between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
As part of the adoption process for the Area Structure Plan, Cypress County will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012, at 10:30 am, at the Cypress County Council Chambers in Dunmore. At that time, anyone who feels that they are affected may provide their comments, concerns, or objections to the Cypress County Council for the Council’s consideration prior to making a decision.
