What is E.P.P?
E.P.P. is the Utility Equalized Payment Plan by which
utility customers pay their utilities in equal monthly instalments by
pre-authorized transfer of funds from their bank account.
- Monthly payments shall be equal to 1/12 of the
utility total from the preceding year.
- February or March is the "settle up" month.
You will either receive a letter showing the "settlement" amount to
be paid or receive a cheque for overpayment.
- Payments are made by an Automatic Electronic
Funds Transfer from your bank account on the 20th day of each month.
